Are you an early career researcher? 20 conference bursaries available

 

The Society understands that participating in events can be expensive, so are happy and able to support a number of early career researchers (current student or within 5 years of PhD) participate in the 2023 SLLS conference. We have 20 in-person bursaries available, which cover the conference fee and includes: attendance at any session, refreshments and lunch on all three days, a ticket for the early career researcher's night out (Monday 9th October), and to the conference dinner (Tuesday 10th October).

 

Bursaries do not cover accommodation or travel costs.

To apply for an early career bursary you must be a member of the society and be presenting at the conference.

 

Please send an email to Cat Westlake, with subject heading ‘SLLS Bursary Application’, along with a note from your supervisor confirming your early career/student status. Bursaries are offered on a first come, first served basis.
