CALL FOR 'LATE-BREAKING' ABSTRACTS
DEADLINE: 31st AUGUST 2022 (00:00 BST)

We have reserved some space on the programme for more talks, so are inviting submission of 'late breaking' abstracts for paper or poster presentations. If accepted onto the programme, individual papers can be presented in-person or remotely. Posters however will need to be presented in-person.

This year, the conference theme is Growing Up and Growing Older Across Societies: Harnessing the Power of Comparative Research.

We welcome conference submissions from all areas of longitudinal and life course studies: sociology, demography, psychology, epidemiology, quantitative and qualitative methodology with contributions regarding processes and functioning within and across life course stages from infancy to old age. We encourage a mixture of contributions from different countries and institutions.

All contributors will be notified of the conference committee’s decision by 7th September 2022.

Conference fees will be discounted for SLLS members, and the society’s Journal, Longitudinal and Life Course Studies, will be a possible outlet for the publication of conference papers.
