Information for Presenters
Symposium and Individual Paper Sessions
Sessions last 1 hour 30 minutes. Each presenter will have up to 12 minutes (5 paper session) and 14 minutes (4 paper session) to present and 5 minutes for brief discussion. IT assistance will be on hand over the three days of the conference to help with any technical issues.
Chairing
Chairs are asked to keep speakers to the allotted presentation time. 2 and 5 minute timecards will be available in each room. Chairs are asked to open up the floor to questions at the end of each presentation. Convenors of symposia are asked to chair their own sessions.
Poster Presentations
Poster dimensions: DIN A0 - 841 mm (w) x 1189 mm (h).
Orientation: Portrait
Posters can be handed over on the morning of Monday 29th June to a member of staff at the registration desk. Posters will be put up and stay on view until lunchtime of Wednesday 1st July. They can then be collected from the registration area.
Please label your poster/poster tube clearly for ease of collection.
